YOUR DEPOSIT:

Your initial payment includes your non-refundable deposit and reserves your spot on any retreat. Your deposit is non-refundable; please read that again!

YOUR BALANCE:

Full payment for your retreat is due 45 days prior to the start of the retreat. At 45 days prior to your retreat, there are no refunds for any reason.

IF YOU CANCEL:

Up until 45 days prior to your retreat, you may receive a refund, minus your non-refundable deposit.

At 45 days prior to retreat, there are no refunds or credits. Your room and tour has already been paid to our vendors. HIATUS Retreats cannot offer refunds for any reason (Covid, injury, illness, death, etc). For this reason, we highly recommend you to purchase travel insurance.

To officially cancel, you must send an email to HIATUS Retreats stating that you wish to cancel to info@hiatus-retreats.com.

ROOMMATE ASSIGNMENTS:
Retreat rates are per person. If you book a shared room without a specified roommate, we will do our very best to match you with your desired room type and price point. In the event we can’t find you a roommate, you will be responsible for the room at the single occupancy rate. We highly recommend that you know who your roommate will be at the time of booking to ensure you receive the shared room rate.

IF THE RETREAT IS CANCELLED DUE TO EXTERNAL CIRCUMSTANCES:

If we are forced to postpone or cancel your retreat due to a significant event that makes it infeasible to operate the retreat as planned (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, manmade disasters, Covid, disease, travel restrictions, etc.) HIATUS Retreats will credit you toward a future HIATUS Retreat with the following options:

• Your credit is to be used within 1 year from the date of your original retreat date.

• Credit is transferrable to family or friends, but is not transferrable to a guest who is already registered on a HIATUS Retreat.

CHANGES TO TRAVEL:

We will make every effort to operate all retreats as advertised. We reserve the right to alter or cancel the retreat or make reasonable substitutions as deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation, our liability, if any, shall be limited to and liquidated by a credit to each prospective participant.

HIATUS Retreats will not be responsible for any refund for airline tickets or for any airline tickets purchased by the passenger directly from an airline or travel agent.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurance is recommended to be purchased within 21 days of booking your retreat.
